About Nirman Properties Maintenance Trust 

Preamble

The Nisarga Properties Maintenance Trust (NIPMAT) is a registered TRUST and the deed of TRUST in its name was made and registered – Regd. No. JGN-4-00171-2011-12 dt.26.08.2011.

The salient objects of the trust  

1. To receive the funds and assets of the SETTLOR Society from time to time and to utilize the same for the purpose of maintaining all the layouts of M/s.Nirman Shelters (B) Pvt. Ltd which comprises of NISARGA, NIRMAN, NIRMAL, NANDANAVANA, NAVYA layouts

2. To properly maintain all the layouts developed by the said company which is the nodal agency for transmitting maintenance funds to all the TRUST for proper utilization.

3. To attend to the needs and redress the grievances of the site owners.

4. To act as a custodian of all the assets and amenities jointly owned by all the site owners of the TRUST and to provide common facilities to their members etc.

Minutes of Governing Body meeting 

Accordingly the NIPMAT (Nisarga Properties Maintenance Trust) is maintaining all the assets and amenities jointly owned by all the site owners and residents. One of the common facilities extended and maintained by TRUST is water supply to all residential units of site owners and residents at reasonable rates of water supply consumption charges fixed by TRUST from time to time.


At present the payment towards water supply charges is being made by way of Cheque/Cash/POS. During the Governing Body meeting of NIPMAT held on 27.02.2018 it was decided to implement the online payment system vide sub-para3 on page-3 of Minutes of the meeting Ref:NIPMAT/2017-18/31 dt.27.02.2018. Accordingly, the system of online payment for water supply charges payable by the site owners/ residents is being introduced.
